At Gallagher, we're passionate about helping small businesses thrive. We're looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Small Business Team. In this full-time hybrid role, you'll work closely with clients to deliver tailored employee benefits solutions and build lasting relationships.

How you'll make an impact:

• Manage and nurture relationships with a high-volume book of Small Business Clients (less than 10 FTEs).
• Guide clients through the benefits renewal process, helping them optimize their Employee Benefits Program.
• Use tools like Excel and PowerPoint to create efficient, high-quality client deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional Gallagher services, such as Retirement Planning, Voluntary Benefits, and HR Consulting.
• Conduct virtual client presentations and resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Stay informed on industry trends and challenges through training and professional development.
• Uphold ethical standards and promote the Gallagher Way in all interactions.

About you:

• Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience. License required. Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Preferred: Appropriate Health & Life licensing required
• Behaviors: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to quickly determine critical issues.

Compensation and benefits:

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
