Field Operations Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time FSLA: Salary/Exempt Division: Field Operations Department: Field Operations Reports to: Superintendent/General Superintendent Supervisory Duties: No The Field Operations Specialist will assist the Superintendent with managing all construction activities on the project site while ensuring compliance with contract documents including the internal policies and procedures related to the project. This role will help administer and monitor the project safety program; perform daily job site walks and manage select self‑perform labor and subcontractor operations to ensure work is completed in accordance with quality standards. Responsibilities / Essential Functions Track contractual changes and report changes. Assist in and oversee the preparation of project schedules, quantity tracking, and labor cost reports. Resolve problems as they occur on project sites. Maintain a good knowledge of the contract specifications, documents and the scope of work, including subcontracts and purchase orders. Key Skills Effective verbal and written communication skills. Leadership skills with the ability to set goals and meet deadlines. A self-starter who is highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize. Works well as a team member. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Required Experience High School Degree required.
