Event Marketing Specialist

Piper Companies is seeking an Event Marketing Specialist in Austin TX to join a leading technology organization focused on creating impactful employee, community, and brand experiences on a global scale. The Event Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing high-visibility live and virtual events while driving integrated marketing strategies that enhance engagement, strengthen brand presence, and support talent attraction initiatives.

Responsibilities of the Event Marketing Specialist:

• Plan and execute regional live and virtual events while ensuring alignment with global business priorities and brand standards.
• Develop and implement event marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to increase visibility, engagement, and attendance.
• Partner with HR, recruitment, branding, and business stakeholders to create impactful event experiences and drive strategic objectives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and communications to ensure successful event delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Analyze event and marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.

Qualifications of the Event Marketing Specialist:

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing, event management, branding, or a related field.
• Proven success planning and executing both live and virtual events while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience leveraging marketing platforms such as social media, email marketing tools, CRM systems, and project management software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, measure ROI, and optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Compensation for the Event Marketing Specialist includes:

• Salary range: $65,000 - $95,000 annually
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and holiday
