Construction Defect Attorney

The attorney will handle a broad range of construction defect and insurance defense matters, representing contractors, developers, property owners, insurers and other clients throughout all stages of litigation. Key responsibilities include: Manage construction defect matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery and substantive legal analysis Take and defend depositions Handle hearings, mediations and arbitrations Work closely with experts, clients and opposing counsel Assist with trial preparation and, where appropriate, trial 2-7 years of litigation experience Experience with construction defect and/or insurance defense matters preferred Strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills Georgia Bar admission required This is an opportunity to join an established national platform with a sophisticated construction litigation practice and significant client base. #J-18808-Ljbffr Distinct | North America
