Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborating with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support client progress.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitoring and documenting client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and ensuring continuity of care.

• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, to deliver integrated treatment solutions.

• Keeping up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the treatment of mood disorders to enhance therapeutic techniques.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in alignment with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participating actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development initiatives.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must have:
