Pastry Chef

We are in search of a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in the US The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious desserts As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries cakes and other sweet treats This role requires attention to detail excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment If you have experience in pastry making and are excited about creating unique and delicious desserts we would love to hear from you Responsibilities Prepare various types of pastries including cakes pies tarts cookies and breads Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality of products Decorate pastries using icing glazes toppings and other decorative ingredients Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies Maintain a clean and organized work station Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Adhere to food safety standards at all times Requirements Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role Knowledge of different baking techniques Ability to follow recipes accurately Creativity in designing desserts Strong time management skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Food safety certification preferred Salary $1300 per month Location US Preference for candidates with US citizenship or valid work permit #J-18808-Ljbffr
