Associate Director Corporate Partnerships

We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven professional to join a mission-focused healthcare organization as an Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships . Hybrid Opportunity – Boston, MA (2–3 days onsite is required.) This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about building meaningful corporate and foundation partnerships that drive impact and innovation in healthcare. Reporting to senior leadership within Corporate & Foundation Relations, this individual will play a key role in developing and growing high-value corporate partnerships and foundation relationships in support of critical healthcare initiatives and community programs. What You’ll Be Doing Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and foundation partners capable of six- and seven-figure support Develop and execute strategic partnership and engagement plans Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clinical leadership, and external partners Lead cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and renewal strategies Oversee proposal development, reporting, budgeting, and partnership fulfillment Collaborate cross-functionally with development, communications, and leadership teams Mentor and support team members while helping drive departmental growth and innovation Utilize CRM tools and portfolio metrics to monitor performance and fundraising success What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree required 7+ years of progressive experience in development, corporate partnerships, fundraising, or strategic sales Proven success managing high-level relationships and complex partnership strategies Strong communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills Experience working within large, matrixed organizations Prior nonprofit, healthcare, hospital, academic medical center, or mission-driven experience Leadership and staff management experience Ability to balance strategy with execution in a fast-paced environment Why This Opportunity?
