Commercial Insurance Business Development Representative

Job Summary: Responsibilities:
- Client management
- Manage renewal process (internal & external)
- Resource engagement and client communication/stewardship (i.e. Analytics, M&A, RCS, etc.)
- Document creation and management (client and prospects)
- Lead engagement on select accounts
- Prospecting - assist with researching companies and contacts that fit business plan/targeted growth areas. Potential to assume some prospecting responsibilities if desired.
- Chemical, petroleum, energy-related
- Temporary Staffing
- Regional
- Extremely organized
- Assertive, proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High business acumen (business/accounting/finance degree preferred but not required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance (P&C)
- In office (Kansas City, MO) - not a remote position
