Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibility as an LCSW will involve providing high-quality psychotherapy services catering to clients struggling with various mental health issues. Here are some of your day-to-day tasks:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Implement various therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that interventions are customized to meet each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, keeping records up to date and thorough.

• Regularly collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic patient care and continuity of services.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing insights and strategies to continually improve the quality of care provided.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health matters, treatment alternatives, and available community resources to aid in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will predominantly serve individuals undergoing detoxification at our specialized detox center, navigating challenges related to mental health disorders, substance abuse, and co-occurring conditions. Your compassion and expertise will be critical in helping them transition toward recovery, emotional well-being, and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York or an equivalent qualification.

• Proven experience working with diverse populations, particularly those facing a range of mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
