Business Litigation Associate – Wolfe Law, LLC (Atlanta, GA)

Compensation: $175,000 – $250,000 + 401(k), benefits, and origination opportunities

This is an opportunity to work directly with clients and the firm's attorneys on sophisticated litigation matters while developing the judgment and responsibility typically reserved for more senior attorneys at larger firms. Our attorneys are trusted with meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and a clear path toward partnership.

What You'll Do

• Manage all phases of business litigation, from case assessment and pleadings through discovery, hearings, mediation, and trial.

• Draft motions, briefs, discovery requests, discovery responses, and client communications.

• Take ownership of assigned matters and proactively move cases forward.

• Identify deadlines, anticipate next steps, and raise issues before they become problems.

• Work directly with clients as a trusted advisor, providing practical advice and clear communication.

• Collaborate closely with firm leadership in a supportive, high-performance environment.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of litigation experience, ideally involving business or commercial disputes.

• Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing (or eligible for admission).

• Exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.

• Strong academic credentials and attention to detail.

• A self-starter who takes ownership of assignments and follows through without repeated reminders.

• Someone who naturally asks, "What needs to happen next?" rather than waiting for instructions.

• A lawyer who exercises good judgment, communicates proactively, and takes pride in producing high-quality work product.

This position is best suited for attorneys who enjoy responsibility and autonomy. Our associates are expected to think critically, solve problems independently, and manage matters proactively while seeking guidance when appropriate.

Compensation & Benefits

• $175,000 – $250,000 annual salary (commensurate with experience)
