Litigation Associate
Wegman Partners
We are assisting our client, a local boutique law firm, with a search for a Litigation Associate to join their litigation practice group in Atlanta, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and respond to written discovery
- Prepare pleadings, dispositive motions, and briefs
- Collaborate with litigation team in developing litigation strategies
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Manage cases focused on product liability, premises liability, general liability, and automobile/trucking litigation
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Georgia
- 3+ years' experience in general litigation and/or insurance defense litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
