$32.00 - $40.00/hour DOE

A financial services organization is seeking a Senior Recruiter to provide full-cycle recruiting support during a three-month engagement. This role will partner closely with hiring managers across the organization to attract and hire talent for a variety of professional and operational positions.

The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who can manage the hiring process from intake meeting to offer acceptance while building strong relationships with both candidates and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 10-15 open requisitions at any given time.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate activity and hiring progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting professional-level talent.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Prior experience recruiting within financial services, banking, insurance, mortgage, or other regulated industries is preferred.
• Must reside within the Portland metropolitan area.
