Pediatric Physical Therapist - Richmond, VA

Setting: Outpatient Shift Schedule: Full-Time/Part-Time (No Weekend, Night) Sign-on Bonus: $2,000 with a one-year commitment

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide individualized, primarily one-on-one therapy to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting. The role involves working with children with developmental, neurological, sensory-motor, and other therapy needs. Strong new graduates with an interest in pediatrics are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the therapy team.

Provide family-centered care to culturally and linguistically diverse families.

Qualifications

Virginia PT license or eligibility for Virginia licensure.

CPR/BLS certification preferred/required as applicable.

Pediatric experience preferred; strong new graduates welcome.
