Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth, providing customized guidance and interventions based on each client's unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management.

• Document clinical progress and outcomes in our electronic health records system to ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in regular case reviews and team meetings to optimize treatment strategies and enhance patient support.

• Support clients in developing coping strategies and resilience through structured therapeutic exercises and techniques.

• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them access community resources and support services as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with diverse groups of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families who seek assistance with various mental health issues. You will provide a safe space where clients can share their experiences freely and receive the support they need to overcome challenges and improve their emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or the willingness to obtain licensure.

• Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) in providing therapy to individuals, families, or groups, preferably in a virtual setting.

• Strong interpersonal skills required for establishing rapport with clients and delivering compassionate care.

• Commitment to cultural sensitivity and the promotion of diversity within therapeutic practices.

• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes full health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and a robust 401(k) plan.
