Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and privacy requirements.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate, ensuring a client-centered treatment approach.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress notes and intake assessments using electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• You must possess an unrestricted, independent, active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• Proficiency in using technology including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and PIMSY for tracking and managing client information is essential.

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and other clinical documentation practices greatly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 - 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
