About the Role

Join EURO-ASIAN BLADES INC as an Office Administrator, where you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and keeping the business running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling a wide variety of administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with management and team members to support both office operations and basic accounting functions.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and general administrative tasks

Review and process invoices through online platforms and systems

Work within QuickBooks Online and similar accounting tools

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff

Maintain organized filing systems and office documentation

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence

Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support when needed

Support accounting and bookkeeping tasks as required

Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage inventory

Check and distribute mail and correspondence

Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner

Run occasional bank errands and assist with operational tasks

Collaborate with team members and management to improve office processes

Take on additional administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

Proven experience in an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Ability to work independently and take initiative

High school diploma or equivalent required (additional education a plus)

Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to support wherever needed
