Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized and couples therapy through various modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including therapy notes and client records, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Utilize our billing service to manage insurance claims, handle client accounts receivable, conduct benefit eligibility checks, and institute payment plans as needed.

• Schedule and confirm ongoing appointments with clients while keeping your calendar organized and up-to-date.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists to discuss client progress, share insights, and enhance therapeutic approaches, ensuring comprehensive care.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management strategies and training opportunities that foster professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele is diverse, ranging from children to adults, each facing various emotional and psychological challenges. You will work closely with students in the school setting, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and trauma responses. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, along with the potential for a sign-on bonus. As a W2 employee, you will receive comprehensive benefits including:
