Sales Hunter - Banking & Financial Services

Our client is seeking a high-performing Client Partner (Hunter) to drive new business growth withinthe Banking & Financial Services (BFS) sector. This strategic sales leadership role focuses on acquiring new clients, developing executive-level relationships, and expanding their footprint across banks, capital markets firms, asset managers, and financial institutions in the New York/NewJersey market. Key Responsibilities Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth within the BFS vertical. Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities. Build and maintain C-level relationships across target financial institutions. Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting through deal closure. Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and leadership teams to develop client solutions. Identify opportunities across Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI, and Application Modernization. Build a strong pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets. Required Experience 12+ years of experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Digital Transformation sales. Proven hunter with a strong record of acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth. Deep understanding of Banking & Financial Services. Experience managing enterprise sales cycles and multi-million-dollar deals. Strong executive relationships within the BFS ecosystem. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Experience selling Digital, Cloud, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Transformation solutions.
