Front of House Manager
Baytown, TX | $50,000–$52,000
We are looking for a strong, hands-on Front of House Manager to join a well-established, family-owned restaurant in Baytown, Texas. This is a busy, high-volume operation with a loyal local following and a long history in the community.
We need a leader who genuinely enjoys hospitality, knows how to run a smooth shift, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. This is a hands-on environment where strong leadership, great customer service, cleanliness, organization, and teamwork matter.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations
- Lead, coach, and motivate the FOH team
- Maintain excellent guest service and handle customer concerns
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and ready for service
- Maintain service standards during busy, high-volume periods
- Work closely with ownership and the kitchen team
- Train and develop employees
- Help improve efficiency and the overall guest experience
- Lead by example and be willing to jump in when the team needs help
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong FOH and customer-service background
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to hold employees accountable while building a positive team
- Organized, dependable, and able to think on your feet
- Someone who can bring new ideas while respecting the systems and traditions that have made the restaurant successful
- A hands-on manager who isn't afraid to be on the floor with their team
Compensation & Schedule
Salary: $50,000–$52,000
The restaurant operates Monday through Saturday and is closed every Sunday .
