Position Summary : As the Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for guests and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. - Greet in person visitors and/or callers; handle inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person according to their needs while always providing a great experience and leading with a customer service mentality.
- Create and maintain databases.
- Set up and maintain paper or electronic filing systems.
- Maintain confidentiality of business, clients, and other information.
- Maintain scheduling and event calendars including scheduling and confirming appointments and booking travel.
- Assist with the coordination and planning of company meetings
- Assist with expense reporting.
- Assist with and coordinate marketing initiatives.
- Work with other employees as a team to accomplish assigned tasks and projects.
- Other duties and special projects, as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One (1) or more year of experience in an office environment in an administrative role.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Texas Notary, preferred.
- Able to read, speak and write in English.
- Proficiency with Office software products (Word, Excel, Outlook, et cetera).
- Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
- Strong work ethics of integrity and honesty and strives for excellence in all activities.
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to thirty-five (35) pounds without strain or injury.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift, up to 35 pounds at times.
- Positions self to install equipment, including under desks
- Moves throughout the building to access files.
- Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
