Back Office Closing Specialist

Must be able to work on site in our Plano, TX office
Job Purpose: The Back Office Closing Specialist is responsible for processing all directed orders effectively and accurately based on business rules provided.
Essential Job Functions:
- Process order requests in ResWare within defined timelines.
- Engage in WFG company culture that emphasizes engagement in our 4 Cs, quality of work and high performance.
- Respond to all questions and requests associated with the transaction in a timely and helpful manner.
- Provide a very high level of customer service to all parties involved in the transaction. Emails returned within Client and Company service level agreements.
- Report issues and inconsistencies with processes provided.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills; written, in person, and by phone.
- Must have ability to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate strong follow through, and to follow departmental procedures.
- Detail orientated.
- Willingness and ability to learn new process and procedures quickly, while applying feedback to improve overall company performance.
- Keen sense of urgency.
- Self-motivated.
- High level of time management skills.
- Experience working fast paced growing, high energy company.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed, minimum of 50 WPM.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a paperless environment.
- At least one year experience in a general clerical role that includes typing, word processing or other experience with computer applications.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
