Responsibilities Build meaningful customer relationships through a consultative, needs-based sales approach Help customers understand their insurance options and recommend coverage that fits their needs Identify opportunities to protect customers through auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and account updates Respond to customer inquiries with urgency, professionalism, and care Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, follow-ups, and sales activity Take ownership of daily sales goals, customer follow-up, and new business opportunities Contribute to a positive, professional, and high-performing office culture Qualifications Money-motivated, goal-driven, and excited by the opportunity to grow Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable having consultative sales conversations without using pressure-based tactics Self-motivated and able to take ownership of results Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Confident working independently while contributing to a team environment Must be willing and able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses prior to starting Previous sales experience preferred Customer service or insurance experience is a plus We review all applications within 24 hours because your time is important to us.
