m+ ETF Sales Specialist - Associate / Assistant Vice President

About the RoleiCapital is looking to hire an Associate or Assistant Vice President to join the Structured Investments m+ ETF Distribution team to focus on sales in the Western region. This high-performing leader will oversee all aspects of selling the ETF strategies to financial professionals, primarily in the RIA and IBD space. This role will report to the m+ funds Division Leader and will work on a team of professionals who are making an impact at iCapital. This individual is strategic, entrepreneurial, hands-on, and able to manage multiple clients, while developing new relationships.ResponsibilitiesLeverage a consultative sales process to acquire new relationships, expand existing client relationships, and service existing clients.      Work with other Sales teams within iCapital to expand the reach of m+ ETFs within the iCapital ecosystem.Educate advisors on the merits of m+ ETFs as part of client portfolios.   Onboard new clients to iCapital’s best-in-class network to support business growth.   Travel regularly in the market to meet with advisors and clients to support new and existing business.Utilize contact management systems to capture information, schedule follow up activities and manage pipeline.Collaborate with the Marketing team on email campaigns, webinars, and industry events.Collect and maintain competitor analysis.Qualifications2-5+ years of experience working within the investment industry in a client facing capacity (i.e. external wholesaler, internal wholesaler, relationship manager, product specialist), asset management or ETF sales experience is highly preferred, structured investments experience a plusBachelor’s degree in a related fieldDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and follow a rigorous sales processSelf-sufficient and a self-starterAble to sell and provide support across multiple m+ ETF strategiesSeries 7 and 63 licenses are requiredExperience covering RIA aggregators, larger RIAs, and independent broker-dealers and strong relationships with these client segments is preferredWilling to travel 25% of the work scheduleBenefitsThe base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $125,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
