Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients, utilizing structured interviews and assessment tools to gather essential data.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their individual needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals, ensuring that each plan reflects evidence-based practices.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to assist clients in managing their symptoms and improving their mental health.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery processes.

• Continuously monitor client progress through regular check-ins and assessments, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on documented progress and feedback.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by coordinating care with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic treatment to clients.

• Stay informed about current research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to enhance therapeutic approaches and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n
