What You'll Do
As our Kitchen Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:
- Lead by example : Set the tone for professionalism, efficiency, and quality in the kitchen.
- Coach and mentor : Guide and develop team members to reach their full potential.
- Oversee kitchen operations : Ensure food preparation and presentation meet our high standards.
- Problem-solving : Tackle challenges head-on and find effective solutions to keep things running smoothly.
- Maintain a safe workspace : Work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
- Handle physical tasks : Be prepared to lift up to 50 lbs. as part of your role.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience : A minimum of 2 years in a kitchen leadership role.
- Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
- Physical stamina : The ability to work in a warm environment and handle physical demands like lifting.
- Leadership qualities : A positive attitude and the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
