What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient and inpatient cardiac electrophysiology services across multiple hospital locations
• Perform device implant procedures including pacemakers and defibrillators
• Conduct complex ablations on both right- and left-sided pathways
• Participate in inpatient rounding and share call coverage (rotation 2:1)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including EP cardiologists, surgeons, and APPs
• Contribute to high-quality patient care in a Level I Trauma Center setting
• Engage in teaching and mentoring residents and fellows in a teaching hospital environment
• Utilize Cerner EMR system (transitioning to Epic in late 2025-early 2026)

What You Need

• Board Certification in Cardiology and Electrophysiology
• Valid Michigan medical license or eligible for licensure
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA certifications
• Proven experience in EP procedures and device management

• Leadership experience or interest in practice management
• Strong collaboration and teaching skills
