OCM has provided high-quality professional janitorial services in commercial office buildings, warehouse and logistics centers, education facilities, and healthcare facilities in Columbus and the surrounding areas.Flex custodians are on-call team members that maintain the cleanliness of our clients' facilities. Cleaning tasks include, but are not limited to: removing trash, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning and stocking restrooms and performing other various cleaning duties as assigned at the contracted site. You should have a flexible schedule, a valid driver's license, and a personal vehicle.Flex Custodian Responsibilities:Travel to different client sites, as assigned by operational leadership.Provide excellent service to our clients in the form of comprehensive, detailed cleaning and a friendly demeanor.Clean floors using various methods and equipment.Clean and sanitize touch points and surfaces.Restock and clean restrooms.Inform supervisor when inventory is low.Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.Flex Custodian Requirements:A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.A flexible schedule and 24-hour availability – you will be on call.Able to operate mechanical equipment (i.e. vacuums, scrubbers, strippers, etc.)Able to use reasoning and judgmentAble to apply math skills to various custodial tasks (i.e. how much cleaning solution needed for area being cleaned)Able to communicate in writing effectivelyAble to stand, walk, bend twist, knell at various times through the entire shiftAble to lift and move, up to 40 poundsAuthorized to work in the US – We Use eVerifyOhio Custodial Management is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion.
