Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of clients.
\n
• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies using EHR software.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery and quality of care.

• Engage in continuous learning opportunities to expand therapeutic skills and knowledge in areas of specialization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice focuses on serving a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. We are particularly dedicated to supporting Latino families and addressing their specific mental health needs. Our therapists play a critical role in guiding clients through challenges such as trauma, relationship issues, grief, and adjustment difficulties, utilizing culturally sensitive approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• A valid and unrestricted LMFT license in Texas.
\n
• Strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written, to deliver psychotherapy services effectively.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health setting, working with children, adults, and families.
\n
• Cultural competence and sensitivity to individual and family needs.
\n
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while maintaining regular and consistent attendance.

• Familiarity with EHR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other necessary tools for delivering services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Training in therapeutic approaches such as CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, or other relevant modalities.

• Experience in a specialized area of mental health, such as trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.
\n
• Willingness to be an in-network provider for at least one insurance panel.
\n
• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance for potential in-person sessions.
\n
• A capacity for self-reflection and openness to professional development in short-term individual and group therapies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling options, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.
