Director of Business Development

We are seeking a driven, competitive, and results-oriented Business Development Representative to fuel our growth by generating new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and wants uncapped earning potential.

We are looking to hire for our Washington DC office AND our Fairfax office. We are looking for candidates who live in the territory or within 15 minutes.

If you’re hungry, confident on the phone, and motivated by commissions—not capped salaries—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales executives
• Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets
• Develop strong product knowledge and communicate value clearly to prospects
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Competitive mindset with a strong desire to earn commission
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and rejection
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training
• Experience with Title Industry, Real Estate or Mortgage a plus

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or business development roles
• Strong relationship skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns with enthusiasm and persistence
• Customer service mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
