Responsibilities WHAT YOU WILL DO AS THE Director of Business Development: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to attract new clients and expand our market presence. Cultivate and nurture existing relationships with CPA firms and financial partners to enhance collaboration and business opportunities. Apply your consultative sales expertise to understand clients' needs, providing tailored solutions that align with our mission. Demonstrate high energy and drive as a true sales hunter, proactively seeking out and pursuing potential leads. Utilize your strong communication skills to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow of information and support. Embrace and adapt to new skills and technologies to stay ahead in the ever-evolving field of tax consulting, maintaining a cutting-edge approach. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Proven track record in consultative sales, ideally in the financial or tax industry. Existing relationships and networks with CPA firms and financial partners. Strong understanding of finance and tax principles. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
