Executive Assistant Paralegal

CBIZ Talent Solutions is assisting their valued client in Nassau County in their search for an Executive Assistant/Paralegal to join their busy practice.

This is an on-site role in Nassau County, NY, with meaningful ownership of systems that drive compliance, risk management, and executive execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive support: manage complex calendars, meetings/minutes, action tracking, correspondence/presentations, travel, and expenses.
- Document management: own SharePoint for legal/corporate/insurance files; structure folders, metadata, permissions, version control; ensure audit-ready retention.
- Legal/corporate/insurance admin: track policy renewals (malpractice, GL, D&O, cyber); manage filings, licenses, certifications; coordinate with brokers, carriers, and counsel; route forms, maintain COIs; support due diligence and multi-entity management.
- Communication: serve as a polished point of contact; prioritize and escalate; maintain dashboards/trackers with regular status updates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting C-level leaders.
- Paralegal background strongly preferred, healthcare experience a plus.
- Hands-on with legal/corporate/insurance documentation and deadline-driven workflows.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration.
- Exceptional writing, proofreading, formatting, and detail orientation.
- Strong organizational/project management skills across multiple entities; high discretion and integrity.
Compensation
- $72,000–$82,000 base + bonus eligibility.
