Looking for an HR Assistant role in a university environment? Join a collaborative team where you'll play a key role in employee onboarding, HR administration, and delivering an exceptional employee experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant for a 2-month contract assignment. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, HRIS experience, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service and follow-up.


What We're Looking For (Requirements):

• Previous HR Assistant, Human Resources Coordinator, or administrative support experience.
• Experience working with HRIS systems and employee data management.
• Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Higher education or university experience is a plus.

How You'll Make a Difference (Duties):

• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
• Process employee information and maintain accurate records in the HRIS system.
• Assist with employment documentation and personnel file management.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative HR support.
• Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of required paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and university departments.
• Support HR projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
