RN – PCU (Contract)

Location: Arizona 85351
Pay Rate: $2,108 – $2,365
Schedule: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Additional: Must float between Boswell and Del Webb campuses as needed (Boswell is primary)
Attire: Navy scrubs and Navy warm-up jacket

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to PCU (step-down) patients
Monitor, assess, and document patient status; implement care plans
Float between campuses as needed to support staffing
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe patient care

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona required
PCU or step-down experience preferred
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and float between campuses
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
