Service BDC Client Care Coordinator

Milton Martin Toyota is seeking a Service BDC Client Care Coordinator to join our Service Business Development Center (BDC). In this customer service role, you will answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, follow up with customers, and help create an outstanding service experience from the first interaction.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, call centers, appointment scheduling, automotive service, dealership BDC operations, or administrative support.

Responsibilities include answering inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently, scheduling, confirming, and managing service appointments, making outbound calls regarding recalls, ToyotaCare maintenance, loyalty programs, service reminders, and extended warranty opportunities, reviewing customer service history and recommending appropriate maintenance services when scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate customer information using CRM and dealership management system (DMS) software, staying current on Toyota service campaigns, recalls, promotions, and maintenance recommendations, delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude, and working closely with service advisors and the service department to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications include previous customer service, call center, BDC, receptionist, appointment scheduling, or administrative experience preferred, strong verbal communication and active listening skills, excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, comfortable learning and using CRM, DMS, and scheduling software, professional phone etiquette, positive attitude with a strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred experience includes automotive dealership or service department experience, experience with CRM or dealership management software, and knowledge of Toyota products or automotive maintenance is a plus but not required.
