Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Puerto Rico based on business needs

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a SAP Reporting Platform Consultant on behalf of our client in a Remote capacity, with occasional travel to Puerto Rico.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP reporting, data modeling, SQL, ETL, and analytics , with hands-on knowledge of S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, CDS Views, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) . This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise data structures, reporting performance, data quality, and business processes within a complex SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP reporting and analytics solutions .

• Develop and maintain data models, including InfoObjects, DSOs, CDS Views, hierarchies, dimensions, key figures, and measures .

• Create and optimize SQL queries using joins, aggregations, window functions, and other advanced querying techniques.

• Support reporting solutions across SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAC, and Embedded Analytics .

• Develop ETL and transformation logic, including mappings, cleansing rules, derivations, and calculated fields.

• Perform data reconciliation, validation, variance analysis, and source-to-report checks.

• Optimize reporting performance and ensure efficient data processing.

• Ensure reporting solutions comply with appropriate data-access and authorization controls .

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, KPIs, and reporting solutions.

• Maintain clear documentation, including data dictionaries, reporting specifications, calculation logic, and change logs.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Reporting and Analytics .

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or BW/4HANA .

• Strong knowledge of SAP CDS Views and SAP data modeling .

• Proficiency in SQL , including joins, aggregations, and window functions.

• Experience with ETL, data transformation, integration, and reconciliation .

• Understanding of master data, hierarchies, data quality, and reporting structures.

• Knowledge of key SAP business processes such as Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) .

• Experience with reporting performance optimization and troubleshooting.

• Strong requirements-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry .

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Embedded Analytics, and/or Fiori .

• Strong understanding of KPI definition, governance, and enterprise reporting standards.

• Ability to travel to Puerto Rico occasionally based on business requirements.
