**Required Experience and Certifications:** - Minimum 1-year current ED RN experience - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - NIH (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) **Preferred Experience:** - Experience in traveling or experience at large facility areas - Meditech experience - Experience in a 52-bed ER or larger - Good grasp on patient experience **Skills:** - IV starts - Medication administration - Sedations - Pediatrics **Personality Fit:** - Able to keep up with a fast-paced ER - Diverse and able to learn quickly - Ability to handle one's own responsibilities independently
