Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with medical professionals and other members of the interdisciplinary team to thoroughly assess patient history and specific needs.
• Dive deep into patient evaluation, exhibiting thorough understanding of complex medical diagnoses, laboratory results, and necessary contraindications and precautions.
• Creatively design and deliver comprehensive treatment programs for diverse caseloads, including orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric populations.
• Proactively manage clinical outcomes by addressing unusual cases in coordination with other staff therapists to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Streamline clinical workflows by optimizing patient processing, referrals, and scheduling to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Implement therapy plans designed for early intervention, including conducting same-day evaluations to expedite care.

Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and caseload.
