In this role, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the company by managing a variety of accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including payment posting, reconciliations, deposits, and record maintenance across multiple divisions. This position is best suited for someone with hands-on experience processing payments, reconciliations, deposits, or invoice-related accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager and partner with employees throughout the organization to ensure efficient and accurate financial processes. What We're Looking For Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong data entry, math, and organizational skills. Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of quality. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and general office technology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and work independently. Resourceful problem-solving skills and sound judgment. Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred. 1–2 years of recent A/R, A/P, bookkeeping or transactional accounting experience is required. Experience with payment posting, reconciliations, deposits and invoice processing strongly preferred. Excel assessment and 10-Key test required.
