Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description This Accounts Receivable Clerk position will be responsible for all Wire/ACH, check, and credit card processing and posting. It will also create customer product, tax, and freight credits, maintain AR Customer Master data, ensure tax withholding certificates are current, and assist with month end, quarter end, and year end close processes. Primary Duties Working knowledge of ERP systems and the Accounts Receivable function, and foundational understanding of debits and credits as they relate to Accounts Receivable. Posting all customer Wire/ACH, check, and credit card payments timely and accurately. Conduct detailed research for any/all payments as needed. Assist with application of all customer product, tax, and freight credit memos when required. Work closely with the customer service and support teams for credit card pre‑authorizations and payments. Provide support in clearing the AR email inbox daily. Work with internal and external customers to provide requested data. Assist with the annual audit and any related interim procedures. Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. 2+ years of applicable experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, posting, and research, preferably in the medical life science industry. Preferred Education, Training And Experience Experience with SAP preferred. Compensation and Benefits The estimated wage range for this role based in Utah is between $24.10 and $31.30 per hour. The position is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bioMerieux’s bonus program.
