Hope Mental and Behavioral Health Center is actively searching for a dedicated and licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our compassionate team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide pivotal mental health support to clients from the comfort of your own home, utilizing your skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). You will focus on tailoring individualized treatment plans to guide clients through their mental health journeys while working with a variety of client demographics, including those managing the effects of mild traumatic brain injuries.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health screenings and assessments to evaluate client needs and treatment appropriateness, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Develop, implement, and continuously assess personalized treatment plans for clients, integrating evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations, adapting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals and healthcare providers, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Document all interactions and treatment details accurately and timely in our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current in practices and clinical advancements.

• Engage with community outreach efforts to raise awareness about mental health issues and resources available for individuals in need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC you will be working as part of our team will focus on addressing a diverse patient population, including adolescents and adults facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, stress-related issues, and the psychological impacts of mild traumatic brain injuries. Your ability to establish trusting relationships with clients through teletherapy will be paramount in promoting successful treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience leveraging Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in a therapeutic context.

• Expertise in treating clients with mild traumatic brain injuries is highly preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to collaborative care practices.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting with proficiency in using related technology and managing remote sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
