1st Shift Operator Peak Plastics LLC White Pigeon, Michigan, United States About this position Job Title: 1st Shift Injection Molding Operator Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 1st Shift (6:00AM-4:00PM) Monday-Thursday Job Summary: As a 1st Shift Injection Molding Operator, you will be responsible for operating injection molding machines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate injection molding machines Inspect molded parts for quality and adherence to specifications. Record production data and complete necessary documentation Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Assist with line clearance and clean-up procedures Communicate any production or equipment issues to supervisors Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in injection molding or manufacturing preferred Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality What We Offer: Starting pay is $16.00/hr Medical/vision insurance HSA Paid time off and holiday pay Opportunities for advancement and skills development Salary Information $16 - $16Hourly Wage #J-18808-Ljbffr Peak Plastics LLC
