Work Environment\n

As an LMHC at Guiding Growth, you'll work in a remote outpatient setting, allowing for flexibility in your daily schedule. Our established protocols and digital platforms enable seamless collaboration with teammates and clients alike. While your primary hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, occasional evening or weekend hours may be necessary to meet the needs of clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs and inform tailored treatment options.

• Create, implement, and oversee evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals and progress.

• Provide engaging individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, encompassing psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Your role will encompass providing support to a diverse client base, addressing conditions like anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
