Information Technology Administrator

Our client, a rapidly growing Fin Tech is looking for an IT Support professional to join their team in Charlotte, NC. We are seeking a Temporary IT Administrator to support day-to-day IT operations and ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our technology environment. This role will provide hands-on technical support, assist with system maintenance, and help manage hardware, software, and network resources during the contract period. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end users (hardware, software, and network issues) Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in accordance with company policies Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively Assist with network administration, including basic configuration and connectivity troubleshooting Support software deployments, updates, and patch management Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and support logs Ensure adherence to security protocols and assist with basic cybersecurity measures Collaborate with internal teams or external vendors as needed Qualifications: Proven experience in an IT support or systems administration role Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux environments Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common business applications Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and communicate solutions clearly Strong organizational and time management skills Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems Basic scripting or automation knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) May require occasional after-hours support depending on business needs Equal Opportunity Employer: ECLARO values diversity and does not discriminate based on Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status, in compliance with all applicable laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr ECLARO
