Associate Attorney - Personal Injury

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Torrance, CA, to join their Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department. The successful candidate will manage a significant caseload, collaborate with a team of professionals, and work toward achieving substantial settlements for clients. Duties Manage a significant caseload with support from case managers and assistants. Collaborate with sales, property damage, case management, demands/negotiation, and liens departments. Communicate legal concepts and strategies to clients and opposing counsel. Attend and conduct hearings regularly. Develop skills in the personal injury pre-litigation process under experienced supervision. Requirements Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. Superior analytical and legal research skills. Creative and strategic thinking abilities. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications California State Bar license.
