Supervising Attorney - Personal Injury Pre-Litigation

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Supervising Attorney for their Personal Injury Pre‑Litigation department in Torrance, CA. The role involves leading a team of attorneys and case managers to secure significant settlements in wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic cases. Duties Manage a significant caseload and a team of case managers. Provide informative and compassionate client service. Collaborate with departments such as Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens. Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans. Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability. Requirements Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. At least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel. Experience settling cases in the pre‑litigation stage. Spanish fluency is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. California State Bar license. Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
