KeyResponsibilities Artdirectionforcampaignsandprojectsfromconceptthroughdeliveryacrossdigital, social,video,print,experiential, and OOH. Developvisualconcepts,moodboards, storyboards, and style framesthatalignwithbrandstrategyand messaging. Ensureconsistencyandqualityagainstbrand standards. Presentworkto stakeholders,articulaterationale, andincorporatefeedback. Quality-check designdeliverables,ensuringaccuracyinlayout,typography,colour, and productionspecs. Participateinpre-production, shoots, and post-productionreviews. Partnerwithcopywriters tocraftcohesivenarratives;collaboratewithmarketing,product, and UXteamstoaligncreativewithbusiness goals. Manage multipleprojectssimultaneously. Applyaccessibilityandinclusivitystandards invisualdesignacrossplatforms. Qualifications 4-5 years of professional experience in art direction or visual design within an agency or in-house creative team. Spanish-speakingisa plus Strong portfolioshowcasingconcept-drivenwork,integratedcampaigns,and digital-first design. Strongknowledgeoftypography,layout, composition,colortheory, andvisualstorytelling. Comfortablepresentingto senior stakeholders anddefendingcreativedecisionswithdata and insight. Understandingof productionprocesses: digitalspecs,print/prepress, motion/videodeliverables. Familiaritywithaccessibilityguidelines (e.g.,colourcontrast,legibility) and best practices forvariousplatforms.
