This position is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth capabilities to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and document client cases from initial consultation through discharge or completion of treatment.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address each client's specific mental, behavioral, and emotional needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using therapeutic techniques appropriate for the setting and client population.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to coordinate holistic care.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions and treatment processes.

• Manage client referrals effectively and follow up on treatment recommendations to ensure continuity of care.

• Identify any barriers to recovery and implement strategies to alleviate them, ensuring clients feel supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a diverse range of clients experiencing a spectrum of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral health challenges. Your ability to engage with individuals from various backgrounds will be instrumental in fostering a sense of trust and empathy essential for effective therapy. An understanding of cultural competency and sensitivity will enhance your practice within our client population.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• Proven success on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in digital communication tools and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with managing clients struggling with physical health conditions, substance use disorders, or complex emotional issues.

• Familiarity with the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) best practices and methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
