Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and empathetic mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ psychological needs, ensuring that each assessment aligns with best practice methodologies.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual patient needs, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and other modalities.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing a supportive space for patients to express their concerns and learn coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to deliver integrated care that addresses all aspects of a patient’s mental health.

• Participate in crisis intervention and management, utilizing your expertise to assist patients during critical mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources, promoting informed decision-making and involvement in their own care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation according to legal, ethical, and practice standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience working in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
