Clerical Specialist Columbus 5475 Rings Rd Suite 200 Dublin, OH 43017, USA The Clerical Specialist provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the department or office. Responsibilities Prepares routine, department-specific documents and correspondence. Contacts internal and/or external customers, attorneys, and courts via mail, fax, telephone, or e-mail to provide or request needed documents and provide status updates. Reviews and assembles documents and materials for court proceedings, ensuring proper signatures are obtained, documents are notarized, appropriate exhibits are attached, etc. Takes inbound calls, directs calls, and conveys messages, as required. Performs computer data entry to create and update account files. Completes all required training applicable to this position. Maintains regular and predictable attendance as an essential function of this position. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 6 months relevant business experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Detail oriented. Organizational and multi-tasking skills. Skill with Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Must pass background check and drug screen. Compensation and Benefits The expected pay range for this position is $19.48 hr. - $23.47 hr. based upon experience. Paid Time Off (PTO) - 16 days annually +9 Company paid holidays.
