Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess the unique needs of your patients and develop personalized therapy programs to help them reach their goals.
• Implement Effective Interventions: Apply research-driven techniques to aid patients in enhancing their motor abilities, cognitive function, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide a well-rounded approach to patient care.
• Empower Patients and Caregivers: Teach patients and their families the necessary strategies to maintain progress and recovery at home.
• Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify therapy plans as required to ensure continuous improvement and support.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Ongoing education and professional development encouraged and embraced.

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in California.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
